Q2: How does it work?

Step 1: Select your service

Step 2: Choose 'Book Now' to get a barber at your current location within 60 mins OR choose 'Schedule later' to book an appointment upto 10 days in advance at your preferred time and location

Step 3: Confirm your booking and payment via debit or credit card

Step 4: The barber will be at your selected location and time with our unique Mr.Clipper mini salon for your grooming service


Q3: Who are your barbers?

We only select the trained and licensed professional barbers from reputed barbershops and hair styling institutes.

Q4: What are your timings?

Our barbers are available for your grooming needs from 6am to 2am, 7 days a week.

Q5: What is the Mr.Clipper Mini Salon

Our Mr.Clipper Mini salon is a travel case that not only allows our barbers to carry all their equipments and grooming products but more importantly designed to make our customers feel like celebrities that get groomed by their personalized stylists.

Q6: Can I select a barber for my service?

Absolutely! The 'Schedule later' option allows you to select not just your barber but also your preferred time and location. Its all about convenience.

Q7: Do I need to provide anything to the barber?

Just a Chair!

The Barber comes well prepared to you with everything needed for your grooming.

Q8: What about the mess at my premises?

We respect the cleanliness of your premises. 

Our barbers carefully set up your grooming spot with the floor mat to collect the hair and ensure your premises is clean before they leave.

Q9: Is it safe to get barbers home?

Mr.Clipper barbers are carefully recruited and licensed from Dubai healthcare authority so our customers can have peace of mind.

Q11: Can I track my booking?

Yes! Just click on the 'Booking Status' to see the status of all your upcoming and past bookings. 

Q12: Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking at any time before 2 hours of you scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations before 2 hours will result in a cancellation charge of 20% of your booking amount.



Q13: Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking one time. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours (120 minutes) before the appointment time and after that you would have to cancel the booking.
